The Virginia Senate turned down the proposal of including teachings about contraceptive methods in sex education programs in its public schools.
Claiming that not all of the contraceptives were not “effective enough” to ensure safe and unrisky sex, they decided that the magical wall of abstinence was still doing its job and handing over chastity belt keys well after marriage to those financially-stable couples.
